Insurers looking to optimize performance and build dynamic processes can take advantage of a new offering from Microsoft and FICO. This solution addresses the end-to-end process for claims management, enabling insurers to process claims on a single decisioning platform from first notification of loss (FNOL) all the way through claims payment, resulting in more prompt and accurate adjustment and processing. The template created by Microsoft and FICO can also be applied to policy issuance, policy renewal and other insurance processes to speed development time and reduce costs.
